Jason Rindskopf, WMCP®

PARTNER

Jason is a Investment Advisor Representative with Advisory Alpha and a Wealth Management Certified Professional® and has a degree in Financial Management. The WMCP® designation focuses on the areas of goal based financial planning, income and tax planning, and advanced planning for legacy considerations. Jason has spent his career applying his education to the focus of retirement planning. After consulting and advising on over $1 billion in retirement plans, he’s seen first hand what separates those who retire with confidence from those who struggle with doubt and confusion about their money.

That experience shaped the subject matter of Jason’s first book, Survive the Crash, and serves as the backbone of the private client experience at Two Waters Wealth Management. The most important service they provide is helping their clients connect their unique purpose and priorities with their financial resources – opening up opportunities for bigger, more exciting outcomes as you enter into your “work optional” years.

Jason’s married to his amazing wife Cory, also a business owner and entrepreneur. The two of them love to travel and explore and while they look for any opportunity to be active, they’re just as happy to hang at home with good friends and family. On game day, you can always find Jason cheering on his local Charlotte teams, and he was born with Michigan State green in his blood.

Derek Bostian, CFP® professional

PARTNER

Derek co-founded Two Waters Wealth Management after spending more than a decade consulting and coaching financial advisors. It seemed a huge gap existed as many advisors prescribed one-size fits all solutions for their clients and families rather than taking the time to build a personalized approach to financial planning and investing.

Entering the financial world in 2008, Derek quickly saw the impact a market crash and correction could have on families abilities to retire and the opportunity that it also represented to share concepts and strategies to protect and help to insulate those plans. Derek works with clients to make sure they understand why and how their money, investments, and financial plan are working for them to benefit their families.

Derek graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors degree in Business and a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance. When he’s not studying the markets or working with clients, he loves to spend time at home with his wife and two kids playing sports, riding bikes, or just playing outside in the back yard. He’s an avid mountain biker, loves having an active lifestyle, and is an assistant coach for his sons tee ball team.

testimonial-about-1

Rachel

To say thank you is nowhere near enough for the peace of mind and comfort you have given me with regard to my financial future and wellbeing. From day one, both of you have been patient, understanding, and incredibly kind with my questions, concerns, and personal situation.

Knowing I have a financial plan in place brings such comfort, especially in such chaotic and unsure times.

Jim & Joanne

Joanne and I believe we made one our best decisions ever when we signed-up as clients with ‘Two Waters Wealth’. I believe the ‘value-add’ that you both uniquely bring to the relationship is follows:

1. It all begins with the relationship/ trusting partnership

2. You both are consummate professionals

3. Your financial and investment expertise and experience

4. A process design and product model which supports individual clients

5. Using the ‘KISS’ method (Keep It Simple Stupid) by making complex topics simple and enabling us, to make smart decisions

6. In the end developing a comprehensive plan that is tailored to our specific goals and lifestyle

It has been ten months since we first met at Davidson College on Thursday, November 14th.

I can remember we were the only two attendees in the room which was a bit of a shocker for me. I was asking myself were where all the other people. Do these guys know there business? Well in fact you did J. Additionally, you could have easily said ‘let’s reschedule this meeting’ but you did not. You shared your presentations, answered all of our questions, provided detailed examples of your process/ model and spent an extra 30 minutes in the meeting as if the room was full of people. That impressed me more than anything that night!

I will conclude with one final thought that I shared in our meeting today.

In my opinion, relationships are the key ingredient, to any successful partnership (business, personal, etc.). Something that we believe we have with you collectively and individually. We know that you treat our relationship with professionalism, honesty, integrity, trust and respect. We in turn feel the same.
